Submission of results
How do I submit my results?
Participants may use any running/cycling app that shows the following in a screenshot:
1. Distance
2. Date
3. Speed
Do submit your screenshots upon completion of your segment at our google form [insert link]
What are the types of events that I can participate in?
There are four events, the individual (Triathle or Run) and team of 2 events (Triathle or Laser Run).
What are the criteria needed to complete the race and are there rewards upon completion?
Individual event or Triathle: Run 3.2km, Swim 200m and Shoot 5 targets.
Run & Swim disciplines: Track your distance on the recommended apps and upload your results onto google docs.
Submit the screenshot of your activities here [insert link], along with a photo of you during the event (if you have). Upon completion of the shooting event, participants are entitled to a mystery gift.
Can I start my Virtual Laser Triathle Series, run and swim before or after the race ends?
Only distances covered during the stated event period of 13th to 27th of June 2021 are counted as successful completion of the event.
What are the recommended apps for the run leg of the Virtual Laser Triathle Series?

Am I allowed to use other applications to record down my run?
You are allowed to use your preferred applications other than the recommended ones as long as the stipulated criteria are shown in a single screenshot.
Fees & Payment
What are the fees for the events?
Individual:
Triathle: $21 - Early Bird, $24 - Normal Registration
5km Run: $16 - Early Bird, $18 - Normal Registration
Team of 2:
Triathle: $25 - Early Bird, $28 - Normal Registration
Laser Run: $24 - Early Bird, $26 - Normal Registration

A confirmation email will be sent to you within 3 working days once payment is received.
When will the early bird registration end?
The early bird registration will end on 30th May 2021.
What if I did not receive any confirmation email on the payment after 3 working days?
Please kindly email to us at pentactics@gmail.com with the screenshot or transaction details so that we can rectify it.
What if I didn't manage to make payment on time for the event?
If payment is not received, you will not be eligible for the goodie bag and will be record as did not complete the event.
When will it be the latest for us to make payment and will there be a reminder to us?
The latest dateline for the payment will be on the 25th June 2021 or before the shooting booking slot whichever is earlier.

There will only be only one email reminder send to you on the 21st June should you not make payment by then.

Shooting Discipline
Will there be a coach onsite to teach us how to use the Laser pistol?
Yes, there will be a coach onsite to guide you on using the Laser pistol. You are allowed up to 20 mins to learn and practice the shooting basics before the real timed shoot.
How do I know if I completed the event?
A confirmation email will be sent to you upon event completion and direction of where to collect the mystery gifts will be sent via the email.
How do I qualify for the most inspirational story?
As a participant of either 4 events, you should take a photo of yourself in action, follow us @pentactics, tag us and 3 more friends in an IG or FB post.
What prize is given out for the most inspirational story?
You will get a TYR bag that is worth up to $32 and a TYR towel that is worth up to $20.
